Michelle and Jason Witten as Honorees

Jason is one of the NFL's best and most honored tight ends and has completed his seventh season with the Dallas Cowboys, is a five-time Pro Bowl participant and holds the team record in career receiving yards. His accomplishments off the field are as impressive as those on the playing field. He and his wife Michelle, who is an emergency room nurse at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, established the SCORE Foundation in 2007 to launch numerous outreach programs and fund several new building projects benefiting youth and families in Texas and his native Tennessee. His annual free football camp for youth promotes healthy life-styles and habits as well as teaching winning football technique. Join us in honoring Michelle and Jason and hear their Humble Beginnings story.
